Send us your old passport – You post your old passport to our office address using Royal Mail tracked Special delivery.
2. We complete your application and attend your appointment – On the day of your passport appointment, we attend on your behalf and wait hours in line. Once approved, we wait at the Passport Office for your new passport to be printed (usually around +4 hours). We update you ASAP.
3. We send everything back to you – As soon as we've collected your new passport, we post both your old and new passports back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so they arrive safely the next working day, OR if you live in Greater london area we hand deliver the same day for an extra fee.
